On August 13，the piling work of Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel 1550mm Cold Rolling Project (Package 3) constructed by MCC5 Group Corp. Ltd. was completed about one month ahead of schedule. The main workshop building and structures were formally started and the whole site fully entered the civil excavation stage.
This project is located in Guangdong Zhanjiang Donghai Island Steel Base. This project is divided into four packages. This package covers Zone 5 and Zone 7. The total built-up area is 79092m2 and the contract value is 367million CNY. Zone 5 electrical steel annealing bay: Including the main workshop building and structure erection, equipment foundation and M & E equipment erection and commissioning of 1# electrical steel line，equipment foundation and M & E equipment erection and commissioning of 2# electrical steel line, entry and exit electrical rooms, coating liquid preparation room and chiller room. Zone 7 finished products warehouse bay：Including the main workshop building, equipment foundation, M & E equipment erection and commissioning of 1# and 2# recoiling lines，equipment foundation, M & E equipment erection and commissioning of 2# and 3# packing lines, recoiling electrical room and management room, etc.
