On September 10, 10KV HV Cabinet and Entry Transformer of 2# Galvanizing Line of 2030 Cold Rolling Project of Zhangjiang Steel were successfully power on at one time.
2030 Cold Rolling Project is one of the main projects of Baosteel Zhangjiang Steel. This project consists of one PL-TCM Line, one continuous annealing line and three recoiling lines. The annual production capacity is designed to be 2,200,000t. The main products are high-end sheets for automobiles and electric appliances. MCC5 Group Shanghai Corp. Ltd. has undertaken the scope of work: 110kv main substation, utilities, two galvanizing lines, one continuous annealing line, three recoiling lines, overhead crane, electrical instrumentation commissioning, HV & LV power supply & distribution, etc.
The one-time successful power-on of 10KV HV Cabinet and Entry Transformer of 2# Galvanizing Line has guaranteed the power for the follow-up pipe oil flushing of hydraulic station and equipment test-run.
