On September 11, two technical achievements of MCC5 Group Shanghai Corp. Ltd. have won the third prize of “2014-2015 China Erection Association Science and Technology Advance Award”. The two technical achievements are “Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel Production Line Equipment Installation Technology Research and Application” and “7m Coke Oven Construction New Technology Research and Application”.
“Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel Production Line Equipment Installation Technology Research and Application” has established the rational construction process, fabricated the tools for erection, and formed up a complete set of high construction and installation technologies: 10 patent technologies, 2 provincial and ministerial construction methods, and 2 metallurgical patent technologies. All have reached the domestic leading level.
“7m Coke Oven Construction New Technology Research and Application” has adopted the construction process of “first erect backstays, then make brickwork”. This construction process has improved the quality of oven brickwork and equipment erection. It has formed up 3 patent technologies, 2 ministerial construction methods, 1 national construction method and 1 scientific and technical achievement.
